“too much of anything is bad, but too much champagne is just right.”

  • Spicy Paloma

Tequila, tequila, tequila. Add fresh squeezed juice and slice of jalapeño and this will be your favorite summertime cocktail.

~ Squeeze a half of lime and grapefruit, 1 shot of tequila, add ice, a splash of club soda and a slice of jalapeño for warmth.

  • Sunday Funday Bloody Mary

Sunday brunch is not complete without this bloody. Make with tomato or vegetable juice season to your level of spiciness, add various accoutrements (the best part) and it is a meal in a glass.

~ In a martini shaker, add low sodium vegetable juice, the juice of one lemon and lime, sprinkle salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and celery salt to taste, 10 dashes of Worcestershire, 5 dashes of hot sauce, 3 shots of pickle juice and 3 shots of vodka. Shake vigorously and serve over a full glass of ice. Sprinkle additional celery salt on the top and serve with your favorite accoutrements.

  • Pommy Fizz

Pommegrante and the holidays goes hand in hand at my house. This is my favorite holiday cocktail to make a large pitcher ahead of my party and then simply shake and serve.

~ Fill a martini shaker with ice, add 1 cup of pomegranate juice, 3 shots of vodka, and the juice of one lime. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a glass. Add a splash of champagne on top, a spring of rosemary and a couple of frozen cranberries.
